Annual Maggie Awards Competition
The Maggie competition, available online, is designed to foster creativity and inspire exceptional work. It’s open to print and electronic magazines, tabloids and newsletters published West of the Mississippi River, or distributed only in the states West of the Mississippi River. Annual Maggie Awards Banquet
The Maggie Awards, now in its 61st year, is the most prestigious publishing event in the West, honoring the best in print and electronic magazine publishing in over 100 editorial, design, promotion and event categories. The awards ceremony and black-tie dinner brings publishing professionals together and includes a visually creative, high-tech multimedia show that is a trademark of the event. The Maggie Scholarship and Grant Program, created to encourage college students interested in the print and electronic magazine publishing industry, awards deserving students and college magazine/media departments who have won Maggie college categories.
