Fast Pass Review
Lufkin Strategic Procurement will review the new client’s current print contract pricing as well as paper allowances and pricing. This analysis will compare the client’s pricing with several confidential market pricing benchmarks on a representative specimen invoice basis. This analysis will be developed based on data from the many projects that I have been involved with recently and would include a comprehensive written analytical commentary followed by an extensive phone discussion to assure the client’s understanding.

The process will give the client a good indication whether a more comprehensive strategic analysis and request for proposal, bid analysis, and supplier negotiation process will lead to significant enough savings. If the client subsequently elects to proceed with a formal comprehensive project, the following applies:

The initial project fee will be credited against the full project consulting fee.

For clients who proceed with comprehensive project, I guarantee their annual savings will be at least three times my consulting fee or they don’t pay anything.

The “Fast Pass Review” can be completed within two weeks of receiving a modest amount of information from the client. The Fast Pass consulting fee is $4,000, WPA members will receive a 50% discount, or $2,000.
